PILE-HEAD JOINT STRUCTURE FOR STEEL PIPE-REINFORCED CONCRETE PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile-head joint structure for a steel pipe-reinforced concrete pile, which enables setting of an appropriate number of pile-head reinforcing steel bars, and can prevent occurrence of local out-of-plane bending yield of the steel-pipe pile preceding tensile yield of the pile-head reinforcing steel bars.SOLUTION: Pile-head reinforcing steel bars 5 and brackets 6 are provided. The pile-head reinforcing steel bars 5 are arranged at equal intervals along the outer circumference surface of a pile head 1a of a steel pipe-reinforced concrete pile, and buried in base concrete. The brackets 6 include pairs of plate-like supporting portions, where the pile-side joint end portions 6c of the plate-like supporting portions are joined to the outer circumference surface of the pile head by welding, and the steel bar-side joint end portions 6d are joined to the pile-head reinforcing steel bars by welding. The structure is designed to provide a satisfactory number of pile-head reinforcing steel bars by counting the rate of decrease in the out-of-plane bending yield strength of the pile head according to the outer diameter of the steel pipe-reinforced concrete pile and the bracket to a relationship between the tensile yield strength of the pile head and the tensile yield strength of all of the pile-head reinforcing steel bars.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】杭頭補強鉄筋を適正な本数に設定することを可能にして、杭頭補強鉄筋の引張降伏に先行する杭鋼管の局部面外曲げ降伏の発生を防止することが可能な鋼管コンクリート杭の杭頭接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管コンクリート杭の杭頭部1a外周面に沿って等間隔で配列され、基礎コンクリートに埋設される複数本の杭頭補強鉄筋5と、対の板状支持部分を有し、板状支持部分の杭側接合端部分6cが杭頭部外周面に対し溶接接合され、鉄筋側接合端部分6dが杭頭補強鉄筋と接合されるブラケット6とを備え、杭頭部の引張降伏耐力と杭頭補強鉄筋全本数の引張降伏耐力との関係に対し、鋼管コンクリート杭の外径及びブラケットによる、当該杭頭部の面外曲げ抵抗耐力の減少率を算入して、満足する本数の杭頭補強鉄筋を設けて設計される。【選択図】図2
