VEHICULAR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, ON-VEHICLE DEVICE, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular communication system which can be constructed with a small number of transmission antennas, and prevent erroneous vehicle control with high reliability in the vehicle control performed on the basis of a received-signal intensity when a signal is transmitted from a transmission antenna and received by a portable device.SOLUTION: A vehicular communication system includes an on-vehicle device 1 which transmits a signal to inside and outside of a cabin, and a portable device 2 which receives the signal transmitted from the on-vehicle device 1 and transmits a response signal containing intensity information on the received-signal intensity of the received signal. The on-vehicle device 1 includes an on-vehicle receiving unit which receives the response signal transmitted from the portable device 2, a control unit which performs locking control for locking at least vehicle doors on the basis of the intensity information contained in the response signal received by the on-vehicle receiving unit, and a storage unit which stores a first threshold value and a second threshold value which is smaller than the first threshold value. The control unit does not perform at least the locking control when the intensity information indicates received-signal intensity which is equal to or smaller than the first threshold value and equal to or greater than the second threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】送信アンテナから送信された信号を携帯機が受信したときの受信信号強度に基づいて行われる車両制御において、誤った車両制御を確実に防止することが可能で、かつ送信アンテナの数を少数で構成することが可能な車両用通信システムを提供する。【解決手段】車両用通信システムは、車室の内外に信号を送信する車載機1と、車載機1から送信された信号を受信し、受信した信号の受信信号強度に係る強度情報を含む応答信号を送信する携帯機2とを備える。車載機1は、携帯機2から送信された応答信号を受信する車載受信部と、車載受信部が受信した応答信号に含まれる強度情報に基づいて、少なくとも車両ドアを施錠する施錠制御を行う制御部と、第1閾値及び該第1閾値よりも小さい第2閾値を記憶する記憶部とを備える。制御部は、強度情報が前記第1閾値以下であり、かつ第2閾値以上である受信信号強度を示す情報である場合、少なくとも施錠制御を行わない。【選択図】図1
