PLUNGER PUMP, PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE OF THE SAME AND RUBBER CYLINDER FOR PLUNGER PUMP
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem found in the prior art countermeasure that a cylindrical elastic body with a shape having a central diameter narrower than diameters at both ends has been used for accommodation against a sliding friction of a plunger and increasing a pressurizing efficiency of a rubber cylinder, the cylindrical elastic body having this shape shows a high load at the narrow part due to severe reciprocating and sliding motions of several times, durability force at that portion is weak and easily damaged.SOLUTION: A shape of a rubber cylinder 2 is constituted at a narrow small diameter part 21 of which diameter is narrowed at its central part more than diameters at both ends, an outer periphery of the small diameter part is formed with an annular thick wall part 22, the plunger 3 is reciprocated and slid adjacent to a rubber cylinder expanded or shrunk and fluid sucked from a suction valve is fed out as high pressure fluid from a discharging valve through expansion or shrinkage of the rubber cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来、プランジャの摺動摩擦に対する対応とラバーシリンダの加圧効率を高める方策として、中央部の径が両端部の径より小さくくびれた形状の筒状弾性体を用いることが行われてきたが、この形状の筒状弾性体は、多数回の激しい往復摺動によって括れ部に掛る負担が大きく、その部分の耐久力が弱く破損し易いという問題があった。【解決手段】ラバーシリンダ2の形状を中央部が両端部の径より縮径された括れ小径部21に構成し、その小径部の外周に環状肉厚部22を形成し、前記プランジャ3を往復摺動させることにより膨縮するラバーシリンダに臨ませて、ラバーシリンダの膨縮により吸入バルブから吸入した流体を吐出バルブから高圧流体として送出するようにした。【選択図】図1
