MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR TILE UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a tile unit capable of applying an adhesive almost in a dot-form at a targeted point on a rear surface of a tile.SOLUTION: A device for manufacturing a tile unit includes an adhesive application device 26 that applies an adhesive 5 on tiles T lined up facing down, the tile unit being manufactured by connecting the tiles with a connection sheet bonded on a rear surface of the tile with the adhesive 5. The adhesive application device 26 includes an adhesive storage part 28 with a tray 31, and application means 30 disposed to move between the adhesive storage part and a location above the tile, in order to apply the adhesive inside the tray on the tile. The application means 30 includes a sliding guide part 37 disposed to move in a vertical direction above the adhesive storage part and the tile, and an application part 38 fitted on the sliding guide part to be slidable in the vertical direction and energized in a downward direction, and having an engaging part 39 disposed on an outer periphery of the application part. The application part is dipped in the tray and pulled up for dropping the adhesive on the tile, and a lower edge of the application part is brought in contact with the tile and pulled up, thus applying the adhesive on the rear surface of the tile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】タイル裏面の狙ったポイントにほぼ点状に接着剤を塗布することが可能なタイルユニットの製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】裏面に貼着剤5で連結シートを貼着して連結してなるタイルユニットを製造する装置は裏面上向きに並べたタイルＴに貼着剤5を塗布する貼着剤塗布装置26を備えている。該装置26は、トレー31を有する貼着剤貯留部28と、トレー内の貼着剤をタイルに塗布すべく貼着剤貯留部とタイルの上方間を移動可能に設けられた塗布手段30とを有し、該手段30は、貼着剤貯留部とタイルに対して上下動可能に設けられた摺動ガイド部37と、摺動ガイド部に上下摺動可能且つ下降方向に付勢された状態に装着され外周に係止部39を設けてなる塗布部38とを設けてなり、塗布部をトレーに浸けて引上げて貼着剤を付着させ、次に塗布部の下端をタイルに当接させて引上げて貼着剤をタイルの裏面に塗布するようになっている。【選択図】 図９
