METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TILE UNIT, ADHESIVE COATING DEVICE, AND TILE UNIT MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile unit manufacturing method, an adhesive coating device, and a tile unit manufacturing apparatus capable of suppressing formation of adhesive liquid films at openings of a sheet by a simple method or structure while securing a wider bonding area between a sheet having openings and a tile.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a tile unit includes a step of preparing a sheet on which a plurality of openings are arranged, a first coating step to transfer and apply a liquid adhesive adhering to an application surface to the sheet surface with rollers in which a plurality of application surfaces having a narrower width than the width of the openings in the direction along a rotational axis are arranged side by side along the rotational axis with gaps, and a second coating step to transfer and apply the adhesive adhering to the application surface to the sheet surface with rollers, arranging application surfaces in the region where the adhesive is not applied because of the passage of the gap in the first coating step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】開口部を有するシートとタイルとの間においてより広い接着面積を確保しつつ、簡易的な方法あるいは構造により接着剤の液膜がシートの開口部に形成されることを抑えることができるタイルユニットの製造方法、接着剤塗布器具、およびタイルユニットの製造装置の提供。【解決手段】タイルユニットの製造方法は、複数の開口部が配置されたシートを用意する工程と、回転軸に沿った方向において開口部の幅よりも狭い幅を有する複数の塗布面が間隙を介して回転軸に沿って並んで配置されたローラをいて塗布面に付着した液状の接着剤をシートの表面に転写し塗布する第１塗布工程と、第１塗布工程において間隙が通過し接着剤が塗布されなかった領域に塗布面を配置し、ローラを用いて塗布面に付着した接着剤をシートの表面に転写し塗布する第２塗布工程と、を含んでなる。【選択図】図１
