DUST CARRYING OUT DEVICE OF DUST REMOVAL FACILITY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a movement mechanism of a hopper and reduce a cost required for manufacturing and utilizing.SOLUTION: In a dust carrying out device of a dust removal facility, an installation surface S of a conveyor 1 and a floor B of a hoistway 4 of a hopper 2 are set lower than a road surface P of an access road of a truck T. An openable and closable floor plate 10 is installed at an intermediate position in a height direction of a frame 3 that suspends and supports the hopper 2. An upper face of the floor plate 10 is connected to the road surface P of the access road of the truck T when the floor plate 10 is closed, while the hopper 2 can move up and down between the lower side and the upper side when the floor plate 10 is opened. A cut gate 17 of the hopper 2 is always energized in a closing direction by a spring 18. A cylinder 20 is fixed on an upper part of the frame 3. When the cylinder 20 is extended against an energizing force of the spring 18, the cut gate 17 is opened through a link mechanism 19. When the cylinder 20 is shortened, the cut gate 17 is closed by the energizing force of the spring 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ホッパーの移動機構を簡素化し、製作や運用に要するコストを抑制する。【解決手段】コンベヤ1の設置面S及びホッパー2の昇降路4の底面Bの高さを、トラックTの進入路の路面Pの高さよりも低く設定した除塵設備の塵芥搬出装置において、ホッパー2を吊下支持する架台3の高さ方向の中間位置に開閉式の床板10を設け、床板10を閉じた状態で、トラックTの進入路の路面Pに床板10の上面が連続し、床板10を開いた状態で、ホッパー2がその下方と上方との間で昇降可能となるようにし、ホッパー2のカットゲート17を、ばね18により閉じる方向へ常時付勢しておき、架台3の上部にシリンダー20を取り付け、ばね18の付勢力に抗してシリンダー20を伸ばすと、リンク機構19を介してカットゲート17が開き、シリンダー20を縮めると、ばね18の付勢力によりカットゲート17が閉じるようにする。【選択図】図1
