FIREPROOF PANEL CONNECTION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof panel connection structure capable of ensuring a fire-resistant capability required for a joint, constructing a base-integrated fireproof panel unit from multiple fireproof panels such as exterior wall panels without scaffolding, promoting labor-saving and shortening a construction period.SOLUTION: A fireproof panel unit 21 is constructed by installing on its rear surface multiple fireproof panels 22 such as external wall panels on base materials 23, 23A. Multiple fireproof panel units 21, which are horizontally arranged, are fixed to a building skeleton in a fireproof panel connection structure. The base material 23A on a side edge of one of horizontally arranged adjacent fireproof panel units 21 is disposed at a position where a vertical joint 35 generated between the fireproof panels 22, 22 of both fireproof panel units 21, 21 is covered on an indoor side. The base material 23 on a side edge of the other fireproof panel unit 21 is connected to a side face of the base material 23A covering the vertical joint 35. One or both of connected two base materials 23, 23A are connected to a fastener 14 set on the building skeleton 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 目地に要求される耐火性能を確保しながら、複数枚の外壁パネル等の耐火パネルを下地一体型の耐火パネルユニットとして無足場で施工できて、省力化、短工期化が図れるようにする。【解決手段】 複数枚の外壁パネル等の耐火パネル22を、その裏面で複数本の下地材23,23Aに取付けて耐火パネルユニット21とする。この耐火パネルユニット21を建物躯体に左右に並べて複数取付ける耐火パネルの接続構造である。左右に並ぶ一方の耐火パネルユニット21の側縁の下地材23Aを、両耐火パネルユニット21,21の耐火パネル22,22の間に生じる縦目地35を屋内側で塞ぐ位置に配置する。他方の耐火パネルユニット21の側縁の下地材23は、縦目地35を塞ぐ下地材23Aの側面に連結し、連結した2本の下地材23,23Aのいずれか一方または両方を、建物躯体26に設置されたファスナ14に接合する。【選択図】 図4
