To provide a fireproof panel with improved fire resistance performance.SOLUTION: A fireproof panel comprises: a first noncombustible board having a first face and a second face opposite the first face; a second noncombustible board having a first face and a second face opposite the first face; a third noncombustible board covering the first face of the first noncombustible board; a fourth noncombustible board covering the first face of the second noncombustible board; a honeycomb material provided between the third and the fourth noncombustible boards; and a first channel steel provided between the third and the fourth noncombustible boards and extending along a first side face of the honeycomb material; and a second channel steel provided between the third noncombustible board and the fourth noncombustible board and extending along the second side face opposite the first side face. An opening of the first channel steel is provided at the opposite position of an opening of the second channel steel across the honeycomb material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
