BUILDING, RENOVATION METHOD FOR BUILDING, DRAWING AND TEMPLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a wheel chair to turn around after a user relieves himself/herself in a room at an end of a corridor and return by traveling on the corridor facing forward, even when a space is not large enough to allow the wheel chair to turn around 360 degrees or change a direction 180 degrees.SOLUTION: A building includes: a corridor 4 having a width that does not allow a wheel chair 100 to turn around; a room 3 of a size that does not allow the wheel chair 100 to turn around inside, having an entrance 31 on sideways of a dead-end part 41 of the corridor 4; and a barrier 5 that prevents the wheel chair 100 from changing a direction in an attempt of the wheel chair 100 to advance the corridor 4, enter the room 3 from the entrance 31, come out of the room 3 and return on the corridor 4. In the building, a retreating space 2 is formed at a part on the barrier 5 side that allows a rear part of the wheel chair 100 to make a temporary retreat as the wheel chair moves backward from the room 3, to a position that enables the wheel chair 100 to change a direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】車椅子を３６０度回転させたり１８０度方向転換させたりする程の広いスペースがなくても、廊下奥の部屋で用を足した後の車椅子が方向転換でき、前向きで廊下を戻ることを可能とする。【解決手段】車椅子１００の転回が不可能な巾の廊下４と、該廊下４の突き当たり部４１の側方に出入り口３１が配置されており、その中で車椅子１００の転回をすることが不可能な大きさである部屋３と、車椅子１００が廊下４を前進して前記出入り口３１から部屋３に入り、該部屋３から出て廊下４を戻るまで当該車椅子１００の方向転換を阻む障壁５と、を有する建物において、障壁５側の一部に、部屋３から後退した車椅子１００の後方一部を一時的に退避させて、当該車椅子１００を方向転換が可能な位置まで後退させる後退スペース２が形成されている。【選択図】図２
