FILLING STATE CONFIRMATION METHOD FOR FILLER CHARGED IN JOINT PART OF PC MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a filling state of a filler inside a joint part between mutually joined PC members in a surface direction.SOLUTION: Respective column member 4, 5 are formed by embedding parts of coated electric wires 21a-21k so that one-end sides of the coated electric wires 21a-21k project from a joint surface 12 of a lower column member 5 and a joint surface 13 of an upper column member 4, and other-end side parts of the coated electric wires 21a-21k extend from side faces of the column members 4, 5. A filled space is formed between the joint surfaces by moving the column member 4, 5 and a joint member 1 so that the joint surfaces 12, 13 of the column members 4, 5 and a joint surface of the joint member 1 are put close to each other. While grout GR having conductivity in a fluid state is charged in the filled space, a voltage is applied to the coated electric wire 21a for voltage application included among the plurality of coated electric wires 21a-21k, and resistance values (electric characteristics) to the coated electric wires 21c-21k for filling detection are measured by a measuring device 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】互いに接合されるPC部材同士の目地部に関し、目地部における面方向の内側について充填材の充填状況を確認できるようにする。【解決手段】下側柱部材5の接合面12及び上側柱部材4の接合面13から被覆電線21a〜21kの一端が突出され、各柱部材4,5の側面から被覆電線21a〜21kの他端側部分が延出されるように、被覆電線21a〜21kの一部を埋設して各柱部材4,5を作製する。各柱部材4,5の接合面12,13と仕口部材1の接合面とが近接されるように、各柱部材4,5及び仕口部材1を移動させ、接合面同士の間に充填空間を形成する。流動状態で導電性を有するグラウトGRを充填空間へ充填しつつ、複数の被覆電線21a〜21kに含まれる電圧印加用の被覆電線21aに対して電圧を印加し、充填検出用の被覆電線21c〜21kとの間の抵抗値(電気的特性)を測定装置31によって測定する。【選択図】図2
