TENDON COUPLER AND ANCHORAGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable tendon coupler capable of connecting a tendon made from bundled steel wires and an anchorage capable of anchoring the tendon made from bundled steel wires without using a wedge.SOLUTION: A tendon coupler comprises: an anchorage block 11 which has multiple steel wire insertion holes 11a into each of which each steel wire of a tendon made by bundling multiple steel wires 3, and is connected to the steel wire 3 so that a tensioning force can be transmitted to the steel wire 3; an adjustment member 12 which is a bolt-like member with a hollow penetrating hole in an axial direction and is screwed with a male screw formed on an inner peripheral surface of the steel wire insertion hole on the anchorage block 11 so that a screwing length can be adjusted; and a rod 13 which is connected to the anchorage block 11 and transmits the tensioning force to the anchorage bock. A second tendon is connected to the rod through a sleeve 15. Each steel wire 3 is inserted into the steel wire insertion hole of the anchorage block 11 and the hollow penetrating hole of the adjustment member 12. A button head 3a formed by enlarging a diameter of an end of the steel wire is engaged to a head part 12c of the adjustment member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼線を束ねた緊張材を高い信頼性で接続することできる緊張材の接続具及び鋼線を束ねた緊張材をくさびを用いることなく定着することができる定着具を提供する。【解決手段】 複数の鋼線3を束ねた緊張材の各鋼線が挿通される複数の鋼線挿通孔11aを備え、該鋼線3に緊張力の伝達が可能に結合される定着ブロック11と、軸線方向に中空貫通孔を有するボルト状の部材であって、定着ブロック11が備える鋼線挿通孔の内周面に形成された雌ねじに、ねじ込み長の調整が可能に螺号された調整部材12と、定着ブロック11に結合され、定着ブロックに緊張力を伝達するロッド13と、を備える。ロッドにはスリーブ15を介して第2の緊張材が接続される。各鋼線3は、定着ブロック11の鋼線挿通孔及び調整部材12の中空貫通孔に挿通され、端部を拡径して形成されたボタンヘッド3aが調整部材の頭部12cに係止される。【選択図】図1
