COMPRESSING APPARATUS FOR ANCHORAGE OF TENDON AND ANCHORAGE OF TENDON COMPRESSING METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a device to compress a tendon anchorage, capable of effectively installing a compressive anchorage on a tendon; and to a method of installing the tendon anchorage using the same. The device to compress the tendon anchorage comprises: a guide connecting pole which extends horizontally after penetrating the corners of a first fixating support and a second fixating support; a first operational support spaced from the first fixating support to make the guide connecting pole penetrate the corner, and which is formed with a central hole to discharge a cylinder of a hydraulic jack, while being installed with a hydraulic jack housing, funneled with a central hole while accommodating the other end of the hydraulic jack, towards the first fixating support; a hydraulic jack, where the other end is accommodated to the hydraulic jack housing part of the first operational support, and where one end is installed to be supported by the first fixating support while having the cylinder penetrating the hydraulic jack housing part and the central hole, eventually being discharged towards the second fixating support; and a second operational support where corners are installed to be penetrated by the guide connecting pole between the second fixating support (120) and first operational support, and which is formed with the central hole with a top side open in order to securely place a compressive sleeve, which penetrates the second fixating support and is inserted to the extended tendon.
긴장재에 압착형 정착구를 보다 효과적으로 압착 설치할 수 있는 긴장재 정착구 압착장치 및 이를 이용한 긴장재 정착구 설치방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 긴장재 정착구 압착장치는 서로 이격된 제 1고정지지부와 제 2고정지지부의 모서리를 관통하여 수평으로 연장 형성된 가이드연결봉; 상기 제 1고정지지부로부터 이격되어 가이드연결봉이 모서리를 관통하도록 설치되며, 유압잭의 실린더가 토출되도록 중앙홀이 형성되고, 상기 중앙홀과 연통되고 유압잭의 타측단부가 수용되는 유압잭 하우징부가 제 1고정지지부쪽으로 설치된 제 1가동지지부; 상기 제 1가동지지부의 유압잭 하우징부에 타측 단부가 수용되고 일측단부가 상기 제 1고정지지부에 지지되도록 설치되며 실린더가 유압잭 하우징부와 중앙홀을 관통하여 제 2고정지지부쪽으로 토출되는 유압잭; 상기 제 2고정지지부(120)와 제 1가동지지부 사이의 가이드연결봉에 모서리가 관통되도록 설치되며, 제 2고정지지부를 관통하여 연장된 긴장재에 끼워진 압착 슬리브가 안착되도록 상면이 개방된 중앙홀이 형성된 제 2가동지지부;를 포함한다.
