WALL PANEL CONNECTION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable two adjacent wall panels connected by a connecting material to be disconnected by a tool such as a driver by moving the connecting material upward and removing the connecting material from the wall panels without applying a load on the wall panels.SOLUTION: In a wall panel connection structure 1, a wall panel 2 and a connecting material 3 are fixed by engaging a projection 31 of the connecting material 3 with a thin groove 14 of a vertical groove 12 on the wall panel 2 and the projection 31 is disconnected from the thin groove 14 by moving the connecting material 3 upward, resulting in disconnection of the engagement between the wall panel 2 and the connecting material 3. The connecting material 3 comprises: a contact part 21, which contacts to a rear face of the wall panel 2; and a noncontact part 22 away from the wall panel 2. Multiple slits 21 are formed on the noncontact part 22 with a predetermined space between adjacent slits in a vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】連結材で接続された隣接する2枚の壁パネルを、ドライバー等の工具を用い、壁パネルに負荷をかけることなく、連結材を上方に移動させて壁パネルから取り外し解体可能とする。【解決手段】連結材3の突起部31を壁パネル2の縦溝部12の細溝14に嵌め込むことによって壁パネル2と連結材3が固定され、連結材3を上方に移動させることにより突起部31が細溝14から抜けて壁パネル2と連結材3の嵌合が外れる壁パネルの接続構造1において、連結材3は、壁パネル2の背面に接する当接部21と、壁パネル2から離間した非当接部22を備え、非当接部22に複数のスリット21が上下方向に一定間隔を置いて形成されている。【選択図】図3
