BUCKET LINK DEVICE WITH HOOK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bucket link device fitted with a hook, which is configured to prevent a hook device contained in a bucket link from becoming loose.SOLUTION: A storage space 33 of a bucket link 15 is fitted with a first guide member 38 and a second guide member 39 becoming a pair with each other guiding a hook main body on both right and left sides. The first guide member 38 is fitted with a latch member 40 revolvable in the direction across another direction in which the hook main body is placed in and taken out. A spring 45 is attached between the first guide member 38 and the latch member 40. The spring 45 makes a latching part 40b provided on the latch member 40 contact an arc-shaped part 27b of the hook main body 27, and pushes the arc-shaped part 27b towards the second guide member 39. With this, the arc-shaped part 27 is sandwiched between the latching part 40b of the latch member 40 and the second guide member 39, preventing the hook device from coming out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】バケットリンク内にフック装置を格納した状態でのフック装置のガタつきが防止される構成のフック付バケットリンク装置を提供する。【解決手段】バケットリンク15に設けた格納スペース33内に、フック本体を左右両側からガイドするように対をなす第1のガイド部材38および第2のガイド部材39を設ける。第1のガイド部材38に、フック本体の出し入れ方向に対して交差する方向に回動可能にラッチ部材40を取付ける。第1のガイド部材38とラッチ部材40との間にばね45を設ける。ばね45により、ラッチ部材40に設けた係止部40bをフック本体27の弧状部27bに当接させて弧状部27bを第2のガイド部材39側に押圧する。これにより、ラッチ部材40の係止部40bと第2のガイド部材39との間で弧状部27bを挟持してフック装置を抜け止めする。【選択図】図5
