BUCKET LINK DEVICE WITH HOOK AND CONSTRUCTION MACHINE COMPRISING THE SAME
To effectively prevent a lock operation part from being damaged or erroneously operated in a bucket link device with a hook.SOLUTION: A holding part 30 for holding a hook body 23 at a housed position is provided in a housing part 12b in which a hook device 20 is housed. At the holding part 30 are provided a first guide member 31 and a second guide member 32 for interposing the hook body 23 therebetween so that the hook body is housed at the housed position. There are provided: a lock member 35 that is supported swingably between a lock position at which the hook body 23 is held at the housed position and a released position at which the hook body can be released from the locked position to the first guide member 31; and an energization member for energizing the lock member 35 in a direction in which the hook body 23 is held at the housed position. The height of a lock operation part 35a from a base plate 12f of the housing part 12b at the time of the hook body 23 being held at the housed position is made to be larger than the height of any one of the first guide member 31 and a swing shaft support part 33 and be shorter than the height of the other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】フック付バケットリンク装置において、ロック操作部が損傷したり、誤操作されたりするのを効果的に防ぐ。【解決手段】フック装置２０が収納される収納部１２ｂにフック本体２３を収納位置に保持する保持部３０を設ける。保持部３０に、フック本体２３を収納位置に収納されるように挟み込む第１ガイド部材３１及び第２ガイド部材３２を設け、第１ガイド部材３１に対し、フック本体２３を収納位置に保持するロック位置及びこのロック位置から解除可能とする開放位置の間で揺動可能に支持されたロック部材３５と、ロック部材３５をフック本体２３が収納位置に保持される方向に付勢する付勢部材とを設ける。ロック操作部３５ａのフック本体２３が収納位置に保持されているときの、収納部１２ｂの底板１２ｆからのロック操作部３５ａの高さを第１ガイド部材３１及び揺動軸支持部３３のどちらか一方よりも高く、他方よりも低くする。【選択図】図１
