PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation facility that is capable of simply constructing an environment capable of using power deriving from sunlight and is also capable of obtaining high sunlight use efficiency throughout the year.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation facility comprises: an architectural structure that has an approximately cylindrical shape and includes an accommodation space inside; a solar cell panel provided on a cylindrical side surface of the architectural structure; a guide that surrounds, in a plan view, the architectural structure coaxially and partially; a reflector that is movably guided by the guide and reflects sunlight to the solar cell panel; a movement actuator that makes the reflector move so that the actuator is positioned in the azimuth direction reverse to that of sunlight across the architectural structure; and a doorway which is provided on the architectural structure's side surface not facing the guide and through which the accommodation space can be accessed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
