To provide a support structure which can be installed while reducing a cost burden, and to provide a support base having such a support structure, and a photovoltaic power generation facility.SOLUTION: A panel side support structure 200 (support mechanism) includes a muntin 210 (first crosspiece) coupled to the basic structure by means of a muntin fixing screw 213 (first screw), and a horizontal rail (second crosspiece) coupled to the muntin 210 (first crosspiece) by means of a horizontal rail fixing screw (second screw). In three places out of multiple muntin coupling places (first coupling places) with the basic structure in the muntin 210 (first crosspiece), a muntin long hole 212 (first long hole) is provided for passing the muntin fixing screw 213 (first screw), and in all of multiple horizontal rail coupling places (second coupling places) in the horizontal rail (second crosspiece), a horizontal rail long hole (second long hole) extending in the second direction is provided for passing a horizontal rail fixing screw (second screw).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
