PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling hanging bolt installation device to enable a ceiling hanging bolt to be stiffly and horizontally installed on a steel purlin fixed to roof materials having a variety of inclinations.SOLUTION: A steel purlin 3 which is a horizontal material made of lipped channel steel 3 is fixed to an orthogonally-crossed steel roof frame 2 installed at an angle in accordance with varying inclinations of a roof material 1. A ceiling hanging bolt 4 is installed on the lipped channel steel 3 with mounting hardware 5. The mounting hardware 5 has: a horizontal base piece 6 provided with a screw hole 6a where the ceiling hanging bolt 4 is vertically inserted thereinto and screwed shut; and erecting pieces 7 and 8 which are erected from both edge sections of the horizontal base piece 6. One erecting piece 7 or 8 is engaged with a lower lip section 3e of the lipped channel steel 3 and the other erecting piece 8 or 7 is screwed to a vertical flange section 3c of the lipped channel steel 3. The ceiling hanging bolt 4 is screwed into the screw hole 6a on the horizontal base piece 6 with an upper edge section 4a of the bolt 4 pressed against and contacted with a lower face of a lower flange section 3c of the lipped channel steel 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】種々の勾配角度の屋根材に取り付けられる鉄骨製母屋に天井吊りボルトを強固に且つ水平に取り付けるための天井吊りボルト取付装置を提案する。【解決手段】屋根材1の種々の勾配角度に傾斜して配設される鉄骨製屋根骨枠2に直交して水平材である鉄骨製母屋3を固着し、この鉄骨製母屋であるリップ付き溝形鋼3に天井吊りボルト4を取付金具5によって取り付けるにあたって、取付金具5は、天井吊りボルト4が垂直に嵌挿され且つねじ止めされるためのネジ止め孔6aを有する水平基部片6と、水平基部片6の両端部から立ち上がる立ち上がり部片7,8とからなり、そのうちの一方の立ち上がり部片7又は8がリップ付き溝型鋼3の下リップ部3eに係合され、他方の立ち上がり部片8又は7がリップ付き溝型鋼3の縦フランジ部3cにビス止めされ、水平基部片6のねじ止め孔6aに天井吊りボルト4がねじ込まれて該ボルト4の上端部4aがリップ付き溝型鋼3の下フランジ部3cの下面に圧接するようにした。【選択図】図1
