SUSPENSION DEVICE FOR CEILING HANGING BOLT AND THE LIKE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly attach a hanging bolt suspension bracket attached to a steel frame purlin without falling off from the steel frame purlin, even when an external pressure such as an earthquake is received.SOLUTION: A falling off prevention bolt 10 for preventing a hanging bolt suspension bracket 5 from falling off a steel frame purlin 3 is interposed between the hanging bolt suspension bracket 5 and the steel purlin 3; the falling off prevention bolt 10 is composed of two mounting bolt parts 8 arranged along the back surface side of a horizontal piece 6 of an angle steel 3A or a channel steel 3B which are parts of the steel frame purlin 3; two restricting bolt parts 9 vertically rising from the mounting bolt parts and arranged to a vertical surface 7a side of a vertical piece 7 of the angle steel 3A or the channel steel 3B; and a connecting part 9a for integrally connecting the rising end part of both the restricting bolt parts 9 together in a bifurcated manner, and the two mounting bolt parts 8 are attached to the hanging bolt suspension bracket 5 by a nut 11 stopper and the two restriction bolt parts 9 are in contact with the vertical surface 7a of the vertical piece 7 of the angle steel 3A or the channel steel 3B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】地震等の外部圧力を受けても、鉄骨製母屋に取り付けられる吊りボルト懸架ブラケットが鉄骨製母屋から脱落することがなく、鉄骨製母屋に堅固に取り付けられる。【解決手段】吊りボルト懸架ブラケット5と鉄骨製母屋3との間に吊りボルト懸架ブラケット5の鉄骨製母屋3からの脱落を防止するための脱落防止ボルト10を介在させ、脱落防止ボルト10は、鉄骨製母屋3である山形鋼3A或いは溝形鋼3Bの横片6の裏面側に沿って配設される2本の取付ボルト部8と、これに垂直に立ち上がり山形鋼3A或いは溝形鋼3Bの縦片7の縦面7a側に配設される2本の規制ボルト部9と、両規制ボルト部9の立ち上がり端部を互いに二又状に一体に繋ぐ連結部9aとからなり、2本の取付ボルト部8は吊りボルト懸架ブラケット5にナット11止めによって取り付けられ、2本の規制ボルト部9は山形鋼3A或いは溝形鋼3Bの前記縦片7の縦面7aに当接されてなる。【選択図】図3
