REMOTE CONTROL TYPE DRAIN PLUG DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control type drain plug device which can open/close a drain port not influenced by a thickness of a tank or a height dimension of each component of the remote control type drain plug device and which can stop water reliably when the drain port is closed.SOLUTION: A remote control type drain plug device comprises a drain port 1 opening to a tank, a contact surface 2 for closing the drain port 1 in a water-tight manner, a valve member 3, a working part 4 for vertically moving the valve member 3 by the power, an operation part for operating the open/close of the drain port 1 by the valve member 3, and a detection mechanism which detects the valve member 3 abutting the contact surface 2 when the valve member 3 drops and closes the drain port 1 from the state where the valve member 3 rises and opens the drain port 1. In the remote control type drain plug device, the drop of the valve member 3 is continued until it is detected that the valve member 3 abuts the contact surface 2 and closes the drain port 1, and when the detection mechanism detects the close state of the drain port 1, the drop of the valve member 3 is stopped and the state is maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】槽体の厚みや遠隔操作式排水栓装置の各部材の高さ寸法に影響なく、排水口を開閉することができ、また、排水口を閉口した際の止水を確実に行うことを可能とする、遠隔操作式排水栓装置を提供する。【解決手段】遠隔操作式排水栓装置を、槽体に開口した排水口1と、排水口1を水密的に閉口する当接面2と、弁部材3と、弁部材3を動力により上下動させる作動部4と、弁部材3による排水口1の開閉を操作する操作部と、弁部材3が上昇して排水口1を開口した状態から、弁部材3を降下させて排水口1を閉口する際に、弁部材3が当接面2に当接した状態を検出する検出機構を備え、弁部材3が当接面2に当接して排水口1を閉口したことを、検出するまでは弁部材3の降下を継続し、検出機構が排水口1を閉口した状態を検出した時に弁部材3の降下を停止してその状態を維持するように構成する。【選択図】図2
