REMOTE CONTROL TYPE DRAIN PLUG DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control type drain plug device which improves workability, which enhances the degree of freedom for a design layout and in which failure hardly occurs.SOLUTION: A remote control type drain plug device comprises: a drain port provided at a tank body; a valve member for opening/closing the drain port by vertical movement; an operation part for operating the vertical movement of the valve member; a release wire which transmits the operation applied to the operation part to the valve member, and which comprises a cylindrical outer tube and an inner wire sliding in the outer tube; and a lock mechanism including a lock shaft for maintaining the rise of the valve member. The lock shaft of the lock mechanism is arranged at the position which is substantially parallel and eccentric with respect to an inner wire end part on the side on which the lock mechanism of the release wire is provided, and it is constituted by including an interlock part for interlocking the operation of the lock mechanism and the operation of the inner wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 施工性の向上、また設計レイアウトの自由度を高めると共に、故障が発生しにくい遠隔操作式排水栓装置を提供する。【解決手段】遠隔操作式排水栓装置を、槽体に設けた排水口と、上下動によって排水口を開閉する弁部材と、弁部材の上下動を操作する操作部と、操作部に加えられた操作を弁部材に伝達する、筒状のアウターチューブ、該アウターチューブ内を摺動するインナーワイヤ、からなるレリースワイヤと、弁部材の上昇を維持するロック軸とを備えたロック機構と、からなる遠隔操作式排水栓装置において、ロック機構のロック軸は、レリースワイヤのロック機構が備えられる側のインナーワイヤ端部に対して、略平行且つ偏芯した位置に配置されると共に、ロック機構の動作とインナーワイヤの動作とを連動させる連動部を備えて構成する。【選択図】図3
