WASTE VOLUME REDUCTION PROCESSING METHOD FOR WASTE DISPOSAL SITE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volume reduction processing device capable of effectively burying light weight wastes floating on water in a waste disposal site such as a landfill where a ground water level is high and ground water enters a non-discharge drilling hole.SOLUTION: The volume reduction processing device of the waste disposal site for drilling a non-discharge drilling hole 1 to throw a waste into the drilling hole 1 carries out the backfilling step of throwing a waste 21 of a heavy specific gravity to a predetermined depth in the non-discharge drilling hole to discard it, eliminating in-hole water 7 above the thrown and discarded waste to lower a water level, thereby throwing and discarding a light-weight waste 22, covering a hole 11 with a net 9 for preventing splashing of the light-weight waste, and throwing and discarding the light-weight wastes 21 and 23 again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地下水位が高く無排出掘削孔に地下水の侵入してしまう埋立地等の廃棄物処分場において、水に浮いてしまう軽量廃棄物の埋設を効果的に行うことのできる減容処理工法を提供する。【解決手段】無排出孔1を掘削して当該掘削孔に廃棄物を投入してなる廃棄物処分場の減容処理工法において、削孔工の後に、無排出掘削孔1に比重の重い廃棄物21を所定深さまで投入廃棄し、投入廃棄物上方の孔内水7を排除して水位を低下させて軽量廃棄物22を投入廃棄し、軽量廃棄物の飛散を防止するネット9で孔口11を覆うと共に、重量廃棄物21,23を再び投入廃棄する埋め戻し工を行う。【選択図】図1
