QUICK HARDENING ADDITIVE MATERIAL FOR CEMENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick hardening additive material for cement post-added to cement, excellent in hydration activity, exhibiting good quick hardening property as well as capable of sufficiently securing predetermined flowability even under low temperature and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a quick hardening additive material for cement which is post-added to cement, contains C12A7-based mineral phase of 70 mass% or more, C3A of 5.0 mass% or less, Ti of 1.0 mass% or less in terms of TiO, Fe of 1.5 mass% or less in terms of FeOand has crystallite diameter of the C12A7-based mineral phase measured by an X ray diffraction of 150 to 500 nm and contents of SiO2, Al2O3 and CaO (mass%) satisfying CaO≤1.9×SiO2+0.9×Al2O3, preferably further contains F of 0.5 to 3.0 mass% with lattice constant of the C12A7-based mineral phase of 11.940 to 11.975Å.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】低温においても、水和活性が優れて良好な急硬性能を示すと同時に所定の流動性を十分に確保することができる、セメントに後添加するセメント用急硬性添加材及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】セメントに後添加する添加材であって、C12A7系鉱物相を70質量%以上、C3Aを5.0質量%以下、TiをTiO2換算で1.0質量%以下、FeをFe2O3換算で1.5質量%以下で含有し、X線回析で測定したC12A7系鉱物相の結晶子径が150〜500nmであって、SiO2、Al2O3およびCaO含有量(質量%)がCaO≦1.9×SiO2+0.9×Al2O3を満たし、好ましくは、更にFを0.5〜3.0質量%含有し、C12A7系鉱物相の格子定数が11.940〜11.975Åである、セメント用急硬性添加材。【選択図】なし
