ROAD SURFACE SIGN CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain sharpness of an edge part in a road surface sign, even when a slit width of a grounding construction part is changed, by coping with a different construction width, without replacing the grounding construction part at a construction site.SOLUTION: A road surface sign construction machine 100 comprises a grounding construction part 2 for making a melted sign forming material flow down on a road surface, and the grounding construction part 2 comprises a container part 20 having a slit 20S, a film thickness adjustment plate 26 for adjusting a film thickness of the sign forming material flowed down on the road surface from the slit 20S and a shutter 3 for opening-closing the slit 20S, and the shutter 3 is divided into a plurality of divided pieces 3A and 3B for partially opening-closing a width in the orthogonal direction to the advance direction of the slit 20S, and the divided pieces 3A and 3B comprise a construction width regulation part 30 for contacting with the road surface by interposing between the lower end of the film thickness adjustment plate 26 and the road surface on the outside of the width of the opened slit 20S in a state of partially closing the width of the slit 20S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】施工現場で接地施工部を付け替えること無く異なる施工幅に対応できるようにし、接地施工部のスリット幅を変えた場合にも路面標示におけるエッジ部分のシャープさが維持できるようにする。【解決手段】溶融された標示形成材を路面上に流下させる接地施工部2を備える路面標示施工機100であって、接地施工部2は、スリット20Sを備える容器部20と、スリット20Sから路面上に流下された標示形成材の膜厚を調整する膜厚調整板26と、スリット20Sを開閉するシャッター3とを備え、シャッター3は、スリット20Sの進行方向に直交する方向の幅を部分的に開閉する複数の分割片3A,3Bに分かれており、分割片3A,3Bは、スリット20Sの幅を部分的に閉じた状態で、開放されているスリット20Sの幅の外側で膜厚調整板26の下端と路面との間に介在して路面に接する施工幅規制部30を備える。【選択図】図3
