CONNECTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN FOUNDATION AND FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured connection structure between a foundation and a frame, the connection structure enabling a large height adjustment with regard the frame and positional adjustment in two orthogonal horizontal directions with regard to the frame.SOLUTION: A fixing member 1 has two long holes formed through a perpendicular piece part 1b of an angle steel, the long holes extending in a first horizontal direction (X direction), which is a width direction of a web 2a of a channel steel that serves as a height adjustment member 2. When fixing the height adjustment member 2 on the fixing member 1 with bolts 13, 14 inserted into the long holes, a position of the height adjustment member 2 in the first horizontal direction is adjusted. The fixing member 1 has a long hole 12 formed on a horizontal piece part 1a of the angle steel, the long hole extending in a second horizontal direction (Y direction) orthogonal to the first horizontal direction. When fixing the fixing member 1 to a top surface of a foundation with an anchor bolt 11 inserted into the long hole 12, a position of the height adjustment member 2 in the second horizontal direction is adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な構造で、架台に対する大きな高さ調整が可能であるとともに、架台に対して2つの直交する水平方向の位置調整が可能な基礎と架台との接合構造を提供すること。【解決手段】固定用部材1には、山形鋼の垂直片部1bに、高さ調整部材2としての溝形鋼のウェブ2aの幅方向である第1水平方向(X方向)に延びる2つの長穴が形成され、該長穴に挿入されるボルト13,14によって高さ調整部材2を固定用部材1に固定する際に高さ調整部材2の第1水平方向の位置が調整され、固定用部材1には、山形鋼の水平片部1aに、第1水平方向と直交する第2水平方向(Y方向)に延びる長穴12が形成され、長穴12に挿入されるアンカーボルト11によって固定用部材1を基礎天端に固定する際に高さ調整部材2の第2水平方向の位置が調整される。【選択図】図1
