To provide a wooden frame connection structure that has excellent workability and enables the reuse of wood materials.SOLUTION: Provided is a wooden frame connection structure that connects a wooden vertical member having a through hole having an upper inner surface and a lower inner surface facing each other in the vertical direction and a wooden penetrating material passing through the through hole. The wooden frame connection structure has a bearing pressure transmission material provided on either the upper inner surface or the lower inner surface and having a higher strength than the wooden vertical member and a separation member that separates a first surface of the upper and lower surfaces of the wooden penetrating material passed through which the through hole, which is located on the bearing pressure transmission material side, from the bearing pressure transmission material. The separation member includes a pressing member having a male threaded portion that is screwed into the wooden penetrating material. The pressing member is screwed back toward the bearing pressure transmission material and presses the bearing pressure transmission material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
