WATER INTAKE FACILITY OF PLANT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water intake facility of plant capable of properly takes in cooling water while preventing generation of eddy around a pump in a water intake pit.SOLUTION: The water intake facility of plant includes: an intake channel 11 for taking in water from sea; a water intake pit 12 for bifurcating the water from the intake channel 11; a circulation water pump 13 that takes in storage water from the water intake pit 12 to supply the water to a cooling system line; and a water flow guide part 31 which protrudes toward the water intake pit 12 at the side parts 11b of the intake channel 11 facing the bifurcation part of the water intake pit 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
