PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation airtight structure for a building, which prevents an airtight line from being interrupted in an outer column of the building, and the building.SOLUTION: A foundation airtight structure for a building includes: floor girders 20 and 24 which are arranged with a clearance in between on a foundation 10; outer columns 18 and 22 which are arranged on the outer periphery of the building and erected on the foundation 10, and which have the floor girders 20 and 24 connected to side surfaces on the inside of the building; and an airtight material which is compressed by the floor girders 20 and 24 and the foundation 10 and arranged on the building inside of the outer columns 18 and 22 in a plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
