PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation airtight structure for a building in which exterior pillars of the building are arranged so as to prevent an airtight line from being discontinued, and to provide the building.SOLUTION: A foundation airtight structure is provided, in which, between an exterior pillar 22 and an exterior pillar 22 arranged next to each other in a building 14, a sealer 70 arranged between a lower flange 26B of a floor girder 26 and an upper end face 12A of a foundation 12, is provided so as to stretch around an exterior surface 22A of the exterior pillar 22 at a peripheral part the exterior pillar 22. By this, the sealer 70 can be continuously arranged over the entire periphery of the building 14, and thereby an airtight line can be secured over the entire periphery of the building 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の外柱において気密ラインが途切れないようにした建物の基礎気密構造及び建物を提供する。【解決手段】建物１４における互いに隣り合う外柱２２と外柱２２の間において、床大梁２６の下フランジ２６Ｂと基礎１２の上端面１２Ａとの間に配設されたシーラー７０が、外柱２２の周囲においては、当該外柱２２の外面２２Ａを回り込んで配設されている。これにより、建物１４の全周に亘って連続的にシーラー７０を配設させることが可能になり、建物１４の全周に亘って気密ラインを確保することができる。【選択図】図１
