METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF DIELECTRIC CERAMIC PARTICLE, AND DIELECTRIC CERAMIC PARTICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing dielectric ceramic particles having a core-shell structure using a more inexpensive raw material.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for production of the dielectric ceramic particle having a core particle comprising a first composite oxide having a perovskite structure at 25°C as a main component, and a shell phase formed on the surface of the core particle and comprising a second composite oxide different from the first one as the main component. The method includes a process of obtaining a raw material mixture by dry-blending the core particle with a raw material compound of the second composite oxide to clad the core particle with that raw material compound, and a process of applying the hydrothermal or solvothermal synthesis to the raw material mixture. The dry blending is carried out by a mechanical rotor having a mechanism rotating at a specific angular speed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】より安価な原料を用いて、コア−シェル構造を有する誘電体セラミックス粒子を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の誘電体セラミックス粒子の製造方法は、25℃でペロブスカイト構造を有する第一の複合酸化物を主成分とするコア粒子と、前記コア粒子の表面上に形成され、前記第一の複合酸化物とは異なる第二の複合酸化物を主成分とするシェル相と、を有する誘電体セラミックス粒子の製造方法であって、前記コア粒子と前記第二の複合酸化物の原料化合物とを乾式混合して前記第二の複合酸化物の原料化合物を前記コア粒子に被覆させて原料混合物を得る工程と、前記原料混合物に水熱合成処理またはソルボサーマル合成処理を行う工程と、を含み、前記乾式混合は、特定の角速度で回転する機構を有する機械的回転体によって行われることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
