MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR DIELECTRIC CERAMIC PARTICLE AND DIELECTRIC CERAMIC
To provide a method for manufacturing dielectric ceramic particles having a core-shell structure by using less expensive material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for dielectric ceramic particles of the present invention is the manufacturing method for dielectric ceramic particles that have core particles containing a first complex oxide with a perovskite structure at 25°C as a main component, and a shell phase that is formed on the surface of the core particle and contains a second complex oxide different from the first complex oxide as a main component. The manufacturing method for dielectric ceramic particles includes the steps of: obtaining a raw material mixture by dry blending the core particles and a raw material compound of the second complex oxide to coat the raw material compound of the second complex oxide onto the core particles; and subjecting the raw material mixture to hydrothermal synthesis treatment or solvothermal synthesis treatment. The dry blending is conducted by mechanical rotating body with a mechanism revolving at a particular angular velocity.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】より安価な原料を用いて、コア−シェル構造を有する誘電体セラミックス粒子を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の誘電体セラミックス粒子の製造方法は、25℃でペロブスカイト構造を有する第一の複合酸化物を主成分とするコア粒子と、前記コア粒子の表面上に形成され、前記第一の複合酸化物とは異なる第二の複合酸化物を主成分とするシェル相と、を有する誘電体セラミックス粒子の製造方法であって、前記コア粒子と前記第二の複合酸化物の原料化合物とを乾式混合して前記第二の複合酸化物の原料化合物を前記コア粒子に被覆させて原料混合物を得る工程と、前記原料混合物に水熱合成処理またはソルボサーマル合成処理を行う工程と、を含み、前記乾式混合は、特定の角速度で回転する機構を有する機械的回転体によって行われることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
