CORE STRUCTURE AND SIMPLE PARTITION WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core structure and a simple partition wall that can stably hold a thermal insulation material superior in thermal insulating properties in the fire more than a conventional thermal insulation material, in a hollow part such as a metallic partition wall and a fire door.SOLUTION: (1) A core structure 2 includes: a plate-like honeycomb structure 4 with multiple through-holes 3 juxtaposed across a partition wall; a thermal insulation material 5 filled in the multiple through-holes and containing porous materials and free water; and a coating material for coating both plate surfaces 4a, 4b of the honeycomb structure. (2) The coating material in the core structure comprises a resin-made sheet for suppressing moisture transmission. (3) The coating material in the core structure is bonded to the plate surface by heat resistant adhesives. (4) A simple partition wall 1 has a metallic plate 7 disposed on the coating material of the core structure. (5) The simple partition wall comprises the coating material and the metallic plate bonded by non-heat resistant adhesives 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来の断熱材よりも火災時の断熱性に優れた断熱材を、金属製間仕切壁や防火扉等の中空部に安定に保持することが可能な、コア構造体及び簡易間仕切壁の提供。【解決手段】1)複数の貫通孔3が隔壁を隔てて並設されている板状のハニカム構造体4と、前記複数の貫通孔に充填され、多孔質材及び自由水が含まれる断熱材5と、前記ハニカム構造体の両方の板面4a,4bを被覆する被覆材と、を備えているコア構造体2。2)前記被覆材は水分透過を抑制する樹脂製シートからなる前記コア構造体。3)前記被覆材は耐熱性接着剤によって前記板面に接着されている前記コア構造体。4)前記コア構造体の前記被覆材上に、金属製板材7が配設されている簡易間仕切壁1。5)前記被覆材と前記金属製板材とが非耐熱性接着剤8によって接着されている前記簡易間仕切壁。【選択図】図2
