SURROUNDING MONITORING DEVICE OF WORK MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly display a detection result of an obstacle, according to illuminance of a surrounding environment.SOLUTION: A surrounding monitoring device of a work machine includes: a detection section for detecting a moving object from an image acquired from a camera which images a surrounding environment; and an image generation section which generates a display image, on the basis of the acquired image. The surrounding monitoring device includes an illuminance information acquisition section which acquires illuminance information on illuminance of the surrounding environment; and a selection section which selects a display mode for displaying a detection result of the detection section, from a plurality of different display modes, on the basis of the illuminance information. The display modes include a first display mode for displaying warning information indicating the whole of a first sub-area, which is formed by dividing an image area of the display image, where the moving object exists. The selection section selects the first display mode when the illuminance of the surrounding environment is less than a predetermined threshold. The display image generation section superimposes the warning information based on the display mode selected in the selection section, on the display image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
