COMPOSITE CARBON MATERIAL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE COMPOSITE CARBON MATERIAL AND BOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite carbon material that prevents diffusion of harmful substances such as a volatile organic compound, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and the like emitted from a building and household furniture into an indoor space and achieves humidity conditioning function, mildewproof function, sound proof function and sound absorption function.SOLUTION: The composite carbon material is produced by adding and mixing bentonite composed mainly of montmorillonite having swelling function together with water which hydrates and swells an exchangeable cation in an interlayer into a chip material of wood, drying the resultant mixture and thereafter sintering the same to form a porous granule or powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 建物や家具から発散する揮発性有機化合物やアンモニア、硫化水素などの有害物質の室内空間への放散を防止し、合わせて調湿、防カビ、防音、吸音機能を実現可能にする。【解決手段】 木材のチップ材に対し膨潤機能を有するモンモリナイトを主成分とするベントナイトとともに、層間の交換性陽イオンを水和し膨潤させる水を添加混合し、これを乾燥後に焼成して多孔性の顆粒体または粉体としたものである。【選択図】 図4
