PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer member, capable of reliably relaxing the impact caused by a falling object, easily and reliably preparing a covering to prevent damage from a falling object, being easily carried due to the compact size with a light weight, and being repeatedly used at low cost.SOLUTION: A buffer member includes a bag body 2 and PET bottles 3 as buffer material contained in the bag body 2.
