TILE ATTACHING METHOD AND OUTER WALL TILING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile attaching method and an outer wall tiling structure capable of ensuring a long-term adhesion durability to prevent peeling-off or floating of tiles even when being subjected to influences of circumstance conditions and/or deformation due to earthquake.SOLUTION: The tile attaching method includes the steps of: preparing the surface of a skeleton concrete; applying a fine aggregate, which contains cement and lightweight fine aggregate, and a base adjustment cement mortar (a) which contains a water retention agent and a polymer; performing a surface preparation of the base adjustment cement mortar (a); attaching tiles using an elastic adhesive (b) which contains cement, lightweight fine aggregate, standard fine aggregate, water retention agent, fiber and polymer; and applying a joint material (c) which contains cement, standard fine aggregate, water retention agent, alkali-proof fiber and polymer to a joint formed between the tiles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】環境条件の影響や地震による変形の影響を受けてもタイルの剥離、浮きが発生しない長期付着耐久性が得られるタイルの施工方法と外壁タイル張り構造を提供する。【解決手段】次の工程(1)〜工程(5)を順次行う。(1)躯体コンクリートに下地処理を施す工程、(2)セメント、軽量細骨材を含有する細骨材、保水剤及びポリマーを含有する下地調整モルタル(a)を施工する工程、(3)下地調整モルタル(a)の表面に再度下地処理を施す工程、(4)セメント、軽量細骨材、普通細骨材、保水剤、繊維及びポリマーを含有する弾性接着材(b)でタイルを張る工程、(5)タイル間に設けた目地に、セメント、普通細骨材、保水剤、耐アルカリ性繊維及びポリマーを含有する目地材(c)を施工する工程。【選択図】図4
