TILE ATTACHING BRACKET FOR DRY TILE CONSTRUCTION, METHOD OF ATTACHING TILE ATTACHING BRACKET TO TILE, DRY TILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD, AND DRY TILE WALL STRUCTURE
To allow a tile to be stably fixed for a long period of time, and to be easily attached and detached during repairs or dismantling, in dry tile construction.SOLUTION: A tile attaching bracket consists of a combination of two members of an attaching plate 3 and a spring 15. The attaching plate 3 has a connecting portion 5 fixed to a base material 30 by a fastener 20 at at least one end. The spring 15 has legs 16 on both sides that are pressed against both side walls of a groove 21 of a back surface 22 of a tile 1. When a central portion between the legs 16 is plastically deformed so as to bend toward the bottom of the groove 21, both legs 16 expand outward and are pressed against both side walls of the groove 21. The spring 15 is put on the attaching plate 3 housed in an arbitrary position of the groove 21 of the tile 1. The spring 15 itself is attached to the tile 1 by bending the central portion between the legs 16 toward the bottom of the groove 21, and also the tile attaching bracket 2 that presses the attaching plate 3 against the tile 1 with the legs 16 of the spring 15 and fixes it to the tile 1 is used so that dry tile construction and dry tile wall structure are implemented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】乾式タイル施工において、タイルを長期的に安定して固定し、かつ改修時や解体時には容易にタイルを脱着できるようにする。【解決手段】取付プレート3とばね15との2部材を組み合わせて成り、取付プレート3は下地材30に対して締結具20によって固着される連結部5を少なくとも一端に有し、ばね15はタイル1の裏面22の溝21の両側壁に押しつけられる脚部16を両側に有し、脚部16の間の中央部分が溝21の底に向けて屈曲するように塑性変形させられたときに両脚部16が外側に拡がって溝21の両側壁に押しつけられるものであり、タイル1の溝21の任意の位置に収められた取付プレート3の上からばね15を被せ、脚部16の間の中央部分を溝21の底に向けて屈曲させることでばね15自体をタイル1に取り付けると共にばね15の脚部16で取付プレート3をタイル1に押さえ付けてタイル1に固定するタイル取付金具2を使って、乾式タイル施工並びに乾式タイル壁面構造を実施するようにしている。【選択図】図3
