METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AERATOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an aerator which reduces labor and costs of thermally fusing and taping two ventilation members.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an aerator comprises the steps of: forming an upper substrate layer 4 and a lower substrate layer 5 by overlapping a large number of resin substrates 1 having ventiducts 2 passing from one end to the other end juxtaposed with each other; bonding separation tape 3 with a prescribed interval to the upper surface of the lower substrate layer 5; overlapping the upper substrate layer 4 on the lower substrate layer 5 to which the separation tape 3 is bonded; forming a laminate block 6 with a hexagonal side surface by fusing the separation tape bonding part and an intermediate part between the separation tape bonding parts in an X-shape by a heat cutter; and forming the aerator by turning each laminate block 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】2つの換気部材を熱融着したり、テープ止めしたりする手間とコストがかからない通気装置の製造方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】一端から多端に抜ける通気路2を並設した樹脂製基板1を多数枚重ね合わせ、上側基板層4と下側基板層5とを形成する工程と、下側基板層5の上面に、所定間隔置きに離隔用テープ3を接着する工程と、離隔用テープ3を接着した下側基板層5の上に上側基板層4を重ね合わせる工程と、離隔用テープ接着部および離隔用テープ接着部間の中間部をヒートカッターでX字型に溶断して、側面が六角形状の積層ブロック6を形成する工程と、各積層ブロック6を転回して通気装置となす工程とから成る。【選択図】図2
