TRANSPORT AND LIFTING/LOWERING SYSTEM OF HEAVY LOAD AS WELL AS TRANSPORT AND LIFTING/LOWERING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport and lifting/lowering system of a heavy load, the system that is free from the restriction of a height to lift the heavy load and has a strong counter capability against a horizontal load applied during transport, as well as provide its transport and lifting/lowering method.SOLUTION: A transport and lifting/lowering system 10 of a heavy load receives the heavy load 12 supported to support frames 11, transports it to an installation frame 13 and reloads it to the installation frame 13. The system has: self-propelled transport trucks 15 capable of entering between the installation frames 13; box column forming/lifting means 21 distributed to loading units 16 of the self-propelled transport trucks 15, serially connecting lower load layer boxes 18 having the same shape as the upper load layer boxes 17 in a plan view in the lower end of cuboid or cube-shaped upper load layer boxes 17 for placing the heavy load 12 in the vertical direction through a connection mechanism 19 to form multistage type box columns 20 when in use, and synchronously lifting/lowering the multistage type box columns 20 in the lower part of each multistage type box column 20; and long horizontal members 22 with both sides mounted to the longitudinally adjacent upper load layer boxes 17, respectively, to mount and support the heavy load 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】重量物を持上げる高さの制約がなく、輸送時に加わる水平荷重に強い対抗能力を有する重量物の輸送及び昇降システム並びにその輸送及び昇降方法を提供する。【解決手段】支持架台11に支持された重量物12を受け取り、設置架台13まで輸送し設置架台13に載せかえる重量物の輸送及び昇降システム10は、設置架台13間に進入可能な自走式運搬台車15と、自走式運搬台車15の積載部16に分散配置され、使用にあっては重量物12を載せる直方体又は立方体形状の上積層箱17の下端に、上積層箱17と平面視した形状が同一の下積層箱18を上下方向に接続機構19を介して直列に連結して多段式箱柱20を形成すると共に、それぞれの多段式箱柱20の下部にあって、同期して多段式箱柱20を昇降する箱柱形成昇降手段21と、前後方向に隣り合う上積層箱17に両側がそれぞれ載置されて重量物12を載せて支持する長尺の水平部材22とを有する。【選択図】図5
