PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building foundation which can stably support a load from a building, in a building foundation in which a columnar foundation structure is formed, such as a column base which can sufficiently ensure an underfloor air cycle efficiency.SOLUTION: A building foundation is used for a detached building. In the building foundation, an auxiliary post 60 is disposed to support a bedding 2, and is disposed under at least either the bedding 2 disposed between a rising wall part 10 and a column base 40 or the bedding 2 disposed between the column bases 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】床下におけるエアサイクル効率が充分に確保可能とされるコラム基礎をはじめとする柱状基礎構造体が形成される建築基礎において、建築物から受ける荷重を安定して支持することが可能な建築基礎を提供する。【解決手段】戸建建築物に用いられる建築基礎であって、立上り壁部１０とコラムベース４０との間に配置された土台２、コラムベース４０同士の間に配置された土台２の少なくともいずれかの下方に、土台２を支持する補助束６０が配置されている。【選択図】図１１
