PILE INSTALLATION DEVICE AND INSTALLATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation device and an installation method of a cylindrical pile with a moderate diameter.SOLUTION: Multiple vibration hammers comprise: a first and a second end vibration hammers 1, 2, which are individually installed near both ends of one diameter of a pile; and a first and a second intermediate vibration hammers 3A, 3B, the same amount of which are disposed in line along the one diameter of the pile on one semicircle SA and the other semicircle SB of the pile, respectively. Axes 1a, 2a, 1b, 2b at both terminals, which are most distant from the one diameter of the pile on the end vibration hammer, and axes at terminals, which are nearest to the one diameter of the pile on the intermediate vibration hammer, are disposed on a straight lines LA, LB, respectively. All sections between the end vibration hammers and two adjacent intermediate vibration hammers and between the intermediate vibration hammers are connected by linkages 5 each using a terminal axis disposed on the straight line as a link axis except for one section to be unconnected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】中程度の径の円筒杭の打設装置及び打設方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数台のバイブロハンマは、杭の一直径の両端近傍上にそれぞれ1台ずつ設置された第1及び第2の端部バイブロハンマ1,2と、杭の一直径に沿ってその一方の半円SA上及び他方の半円SB上に同じ台数にて一列にそれぞれ配置された第1及び第2の中間バイブロハンマ3A,3Bと、から構成され、端部バイブロハンマにおける杭の一直径から最も遠い両末端の軸の各々1a,2a,,1b,2bと、中間バイブロハンマにおける杭の一直径に最も近い末端の軸の各々とはそれぞれ直線LA,LB上に配置されており、端部バイブロハンマの各々とその隣りの2つの中間バイブロハンマとの間、及び、中間バイブロハンマ同士の間は、非連結とする1箇所を除く全ての箇所が、直線上に配置された末端の軸を連係軸として連係具5により連結される。【選択図】図1
