PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast furnace slow cooling slag roadbed material capable of inhibiting generation of expansive sulfate hydrate without modifying blast furnace slow cooling slag using large-scale facilities for desulfurization, controlled cooling from high temperature, and the like, without adding expensive reagents, and without impairing strength, and to provide a method for manufacturing a blast furnace slow cooling slag roadbed material and a method for constructing a blast furnace slow cooling slag roadbed material.SOLUTION: In a blast furnace slow cooling slag roadbed material according to the present invention, one or two or more additive materials containing at least one of water-soluble silica, water-soluble iron and a water-soluble magnesium are mixed into blast furnace slow cooling slag.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高炉徐冷スラグに対し、脱硫や高温からの制御冷却等、大規模な設備を用いて改質を行うことなく、また、高価な試薬を添加することなく、強度を損なわずに膨張性硫酸塩水和物の生成を抑制することが可能な、高炉除冷スラグ系路盤材、高炉除冷スラグ系路盤材の製造方法及び高炉除冷スラグ系路盤材の施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る高炉徐冷スラグ系路盤材は、水溶性シリカ、水溶性鉄及び水溶性マグネシウムの少なくとも何れかを含有する一種又は二種以上の添加材料が高炉徐冷スラグに配合される。【選択図】なし
