MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SLAG ROADBED MATERIAL AND ITS SLAG ROADBED MATERIAL
To provide a manufacturing method of a slag roadbed material capable of suppressing caking without adding a solidifying agent in a slag roadbed material with a low content of an aluminate phase.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a slag roadbed material, in which the slag roadbed material is manufactured by setting the content of a calcium aluminoferrite-containing slag to 50% or less based on the total mass of the raw material or subjecting the raw material to steam aging treatment using a vapor pressure of 1.0 MPa or less, in manufacturing the slag roadbed material using the calcium aluminoferrite-containing slag which contains a CaO ingredient, a SiO2 ingredient, an Al2O3 ingredient and an Fe2O3 ingredient, and has (CaO)/(SiO2) as the ratio of the CaO ingredient concentration (mass%) to the SiO2 ingredient concentration (mass%) ranging from more than 2.0 to 4.0 or less and (Al2O3)/(Fe2O3) as the ratio of the Al2O3 ingredient concentration (mass%) to the Fe2O3 ingredient concentration (mass%) ranging from 0.3 to 10.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アルミネート相の含有量の少ないスラグ路盤材において、固結剤の添加を行うことなく固結の抑制が可能となるスラグ路盤材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】CaO成分、SiO2成分、Al2O3成分、およびFe2O3成分を含み、CaO成分濃度(質量%)のSiO2成分濃度(質量%)に対する比である(CaO)/(SiO2)が2.0を超え4.0以下であり、Al2O3成分濃度(質量%)のFe2O3成分濃度(質量%)に対する比である(Al2O3)/(Fe2O3)が0.3~10.0であるカルシウムアルミノフェライト含有スラグを用いてスラグ路盤材を製造する際に、前記カルシウムアルミノフェライト含有スラグの含有率を原料の全質量に対して50%以下とするか、蒸気圧1.0MPa以下で蒸気エージング処理することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
