SPRAY CEMENT MORTAR AND SPRAY CEMENT CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray cement mortar and a spray cement concrete capable of securing stable setting time and high intensity expression after curing.SOLUTION: The spray cement mortar according to a first embodiment is provided which is obtained by blending cement, water, fine aggregate, a lime sulfur mixture of a retarder, and a quick curing additive containing calcium aluminate. The spray cement mortar according to a second embodiment is provided which is identical to the spray cement mortar according to the first embodiment except that the lime sulfur mixture is contained in an amount of 0.01-10 parts with respect 100 parts of the cement. The spray cement mortar according to a third embodiment is provided which is identical to the spray cement mortar according to the first or the second embodiment except that a liquid quick accelerator containing aluminum sulfate is blended in the spray cement mortar. The spray cement mortar according to a fourth embodiment is provided which is identical to the spray cement mortar according to the third embodiment except that the liquid quick accelerator contains at least one kind or more, selected from a fluorine raw material, diethanol amine, magnesium sulfate, oxalic acid, and urea. The spray cement mortar according to a fifth embodiment is provided which is identical to the spray cement mortar according to the fourth embodiment except that 5-35 parts of urea is contained with respect to 100 parts of the liquid quick accelerator. The spray cement concrete according to a sixth embodiment is provided which is identical to the spray cement mortar according to any of the first to fifth embodiment except that a coarse aggregate is blended in the spray cement concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: None
