PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To push up a water shielding body and prevent flooding inside a site, without using motive power driven by electricity, fluid, etc.SOLUTION: A water shielding device 1 of the present invention includes an expansion member 2 installed underground of a passageway A leading to a site B, the expansion member 2 expanding when water is pumped, and a water shielding body 4 disposed on the expansion member 2, the water shielding body 4 being laid on a ground surface at normal times and emerging above the ground surface as the expansion member 2 expands at a time of flood.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】電気、流体などを駆動源とする動力を用いることなく、遮水体を押し上げて、敷地内への浸水を防止できるようにする。【解決手段】本発明に係る遮水装置1は、敷地Bに繋がる通路Aの地中に配置される膨張部材2であって、汲水に伴って膨張する膨張部材2と、該膨張部材2上に配置される遮水体4であって、常態においては地面に沿い、浸水時においては膨張部材2の膨張に伴って地表から上方に出る遮水体4とを備える。【選択図】図4
