PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar-form metal fitting used with a wooden structure for fixing a member, the bar-form metal fitting being provided with a function to absorb an impact load and suppress splitting of the member.SOLUTION: A bar-form metal fitting 11 is for connecting a main member such as a column 41 with another member such as a column base metal fitting 51. The bar-form metal fitting comprises a fastening region 31 to be embedded into a prepared hole 47 of the column 41 (the main member), and a deformable region 21 integrated with the column base metal fitting 51 (the other member) with a bolt 18, and a line-form protrusion 37 or other fastening means is provided in the fastening region 31 for integrating the fastening region 31 with the column 41. A material with a smaller modulus of longitudinal elasticity than the fastening region 31 is used with the deformable region 21, and the deformable region 21 and the fastening region 31 are disposed on the same axial line and connected with each other at edge surfaces of both. The bar-form metal fitting 11 of the configuration causes elasto-plastic deformation of the deformable region 21 when an excessive tensile load is exerted between the main member and the other member, absorbs an impact, and prevents damage to the main member(the member).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木造建築などにおいて、部材の据え付けに用い、衝撃荷重を吸収する機能を備え、部材の割れを抑制可能な棒状金物を提供する。【解決手段】柱41などの主材と、柱脚金物51などの他材を連結する棒状金物11は、柱41(主材)の下穴47に埋め込む固着域31と、ボルト18を介し柱脚金物51(他材)と一体化する変形域21と、で構成し、固着域31と柱41を一体化するため、固着域31には、凸条37などの固着手段を設ける。また変形域21には、固着域31よりも縦弾性係数の小さい素材を用い、さらに変形域21と固着域31は、同軸線上に配置し且つ双方の端面同士を接合する。このような棒状金物11を用いることで、主材と他材との間に過大な引張荷重が作用した際、変形域21に弾塑性変形を生じ、衝撃を吸収し、主材(部材)の破損を防止する。【選択図】図1
