To provide a connection metal fitting for a remaining form block capable of securely connecting an existing facility in a seaside or a riverside with a remaining form block.SOLUTION: A connection metal fitting for a remaining form block comprises: a telescopic turn buckle 10 including a shaft member 13, and a first member 14 and a second member 15 attached movably and rotatably in an axial direction at both ends of the shaft member 13; a first rotating body 11 including a rotating member 25 rotatably attached to the first member 14 of the turn buckle 10, in which an anchor reinforcement 24 attached to a quay wall is attached to the rotating member 25; and a second rotating body 12 including a rotating member 34 rotatably attached to the second member 15 of the turn buckle 10, in which a connection reinforcement 33 attached to a remaining form block is attached to the rotating member 34. The first rotating body 11 and the second rotating body 12 are fixed at a rotational position adjusted by the turn buckle 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
