SNOW REMOVAL DEVICE AND SNOW REMOVAL METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator remove snow by advancing a tractor while sitting and viewing forward, without processing or installing a special mechanism on the tractor, thus enhancing operability and workability.SOLUTION: A snow removal device is connected to a tractor T having a connecting part 1 and a PTO shaft 2 in a rear part. A blower 20 for discharging snow and a transmission part 40 are provided in an auger case 14 that covers an auger 10. A forward connecting body 30 is provided that may be connected to the connecting part 1 of the tractor T at a forward position X with the auger 10 exposed in a forward direction of the tractor T. The transmission part 40 includes a connecting shaft 41 connected to a blower shaft 21, and a transmission box 42 disposed at a central part of a main rotary shaft 11 of the auger 10 for transmitting rotation of the connecting shaft 41 to the main rotary shaft 11. A forward connecting part 50 is provided on a side of the transmission box 42, the connecting part being connectable to the PTO shaft 2 through a connecting shaft body 55.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 トラクタ側に特別な加工や機構の設置を行わなくても、運転者は前向きになって前方を見ながらトラクタを前進させることで、除雪を行うことができるようにし、操作性,作業性の向上を図る。【解決手段】 後部に接続部1とPTO軸2とを備えたトラクタTに接続されるもので、オーガ10を覆うオーガケース14に、雪を排出するブロア20と伝動部40とを備えるとともに、オーガ10をトラクタTの前方に向けて露出するように配置した前向き位置XでトラクタTの接続部1に接続可能な前向き接続体30を設け、伝動部40を、ブロア軸21に接続される接続軸41と、オーガ10の回転主軸11の中央部に設けられ接続軸41の回転を回転主軸11に伝達する伝動ボックス42とを備えて構成し、伝動ボックス42の一方側にPTO軸2に連結軸体55を介して連結可能な前向き連結部50を設けた。【選択図】 図1
