DECK PLATE, FLOOR SLAB, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DECK PLATE AND FLOOR SLAB CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deck plate allowing safe walking on a top face thereof and a wide range of various work to be efficiently done during a building work.SOLUTION: A deck plate 1 comprises: a metal base plate 2; multiple trusses 3 disposed in parallel on the base plate 2 with a certain distance from each other; and a main reinforcement parallel connected body 5 disposed across the trusses 3 and 3 on the base plate 2. The main reinforcement parallel connected body 5 comprises multiple main reinforcements 51, which are perpendicular to top reinforcements 31 of the trusses 3, and multiple assembly materials 52, which are perpendicular to the main reinforcements 51 and integrally welded with the main reinforcements 51 at their intersecting positions. The main reinforcements 51 are disposed at a distance shorter than foot breadth from each other, and their shaft diameter and arrangement distance are set so that their cross sectional area in total ensures a predetermined ratio to a cross sectional area of the floor slab to be constructed. The main reinforcement parallel connected body 5 and the truss 3 are unified by fixing the main reinforcements 51 to the top reinforcements 31 at the intersecting positions between the main reinforcement and the top reinforcement 31 of the truss 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築作業時、上面を安全に歩行でき、種々の作業を広範囲にわたって効率よく実施できるデッキプレートを提供する。【解決手段】デッキプレート1は、金属製の基板2と、基板2上に一定の間隔毎に並設される複数のトラス3と、基板2上のトラス3,3間を跨ぐように配置される主鉄筋並列連結体5とから成る。主鉄筋並列連結体5は、各トラス3の上端筋31と直交する複数の主鉄筋51および各主鉄筋51と直交しその交差位置で各主鉄筋51に一体に溶接される複数の組立材52より成る。各主鉄筋51は、足幅より短い間隔で配列されるとともに、断面積の総和が構築する床スラブの断面積に対して所定の割合を確保するように軸径および配列間隔が設定されている。各主鉄筋51を各トラス3の上端筋31と交差する位置で各上端筋31に固定することにより主鉄筋並列連結体5とトラス3とが一体化されている。【選択図】図1
