DECK PLATE FOR COMPOSITE FLOOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deck plate for composite floor slab capable of largely improving durability performance of a composite floor slab by preferably suppressing "piano deformation" in the composite floor slab.SOLUTION: A deck plate for composite floor slab 11 is constituted of: a bottom steel plate 2; a plurality of transverse ribs 3 vertically disposed on the bottom steel plate 2; and a plurality of stud dowels 4 vertically disposed on the bottom steel plate 2. At right and left both upper ends of the transverse rib 3, a laterally swelling protruding portion is formed respectively. On the boundary between the protruding portion of the transverse rib 3 and a base part, a tapered part is formed to eliminate a step. The angle of the tapered part (in the upright state of the lateral rib 3, the angle based on the horizontal line) is set to be within a range of 30-80°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】合成床版における「ピアノ変形」を好適に抑制して、合成床版の耐久性能を大幅に向上させることができる合成床版用デッキプレートを提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る合成床版用デッキプレート11は、底鋼板2と、底鋼板2の上に複数枚立設させた横リブ3と、底鋼板2の上に多数立設させたスタッドジベル4とによって構成され、横リブ3の上端の左右両側に、側方へ膨出した突起部がそれぞれ形成され、横リブ3の突起部と基部との境界に、段差を埋めるテーパ部が形成され、テーパ部の角度(横リブ3の直立状態において水平線を基準とする角度)を、30〜80°の範囲内に設定したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
